No upgrades nor aura maintenance done besides the buff beams with my stats. 2:10 initial build time with 3:15 to 4:30 total combat time depending on spawn RNG. So under 6 to under 7 minutes total run time.
Use 1 AFK Summoner with the App/Huntress guardian pets combo equipped. Make sure to get the rest of the characters in during Wave 24 for max pet rewards; Summoners only as well if you want to make sure only armor drops during the wave.

The Ensnare aura is downsized twice to help speed things up.

The one Mortar tower is pointed AWAY from the south corridor. Its only targets are swimmers and spiders that come from the east.
The Ensnare aura is downsized three times and placed a little to the southwest of the Strength Drain aura.
The smaller size makes sure that the closest spawn to the east doesn't get slowed down.
Notes:
I just used longer beams out of convenience and speed rather than having to nitpick the exact size since there is extra DU leftover that didn't need to be used. Hint 1 could use a 5 du buff beam and 2 DU reflect beam instead. Hint 3 could use a 1 DU reflect beam instead of the 2 DU one.
Downsize the Ensnare auras less to slow things down and give more breathing room if the ogres are reaching your tower stacks.
I don't use a Summoner with the Monk/Huntress guardian pets combo on Hint 1 and then tweak the build differently because the mortars get too inaccurate at too long of a range. For the mortar towers, there's more bang for your buck with the App/Huntress guardian pets combo at closer range.
