I start at W36 and only use a towerboost monk, both for upgrading and boosting.
Stand on the harpoon to be safe from goblincopters and shoot south to generate mana.
Restart your boost when you see not much is going on, so you reduce the risk of running out of towerboost when you would need it.
Add 3 afk chars for the last wave. Combat time in total is 30min for me.
