Far from perfect but you pretty much do not need to intervene at all to win any wave. Northern lanes are the lanes that take small sacrifices to their defense, but they are still completely fine and should not have any issues with anything. I cleared through wave 30 just running around checking/repairing/upgrading on the Adept. The only things that take damage are the 2 spider tank archers near the middle, they "need" to be repaired due to spider damage but you do not even need them at all depending on how you play.
