Build Description
Pre-wave one: auras, buff beams, as many LT's as you can
During wave one: have split drop mana and build rest of LTs. Fully upgrade buff beam
Pre-wave two: Build Hermit towers and as many summoner minions as possible, starting with ogres.
During remaining waves upgrade as much as possible. I use upgrader adept.
Tower boost boss fight, summoner guardians as needed.
