Have a DPS and TB monk out at all times, while a double huntress guardian summoner is out after you have the stack built.
Wave 1: Build auras at start, and make mana with TB monk, kill stuff with a DPS
Wave 2: Build the rest, at hint 1 there is 1 striker facing each black arrow, and the seed bomber is facing the green arrow, the reflect is nice to prevent the TB from getting webbed
Tower Boost and sit on the stack with guardian summoner, and follow the core on a DPS character with a good ad clear pet, I used a wizard. Core spawns are hint 2.
