Make sure you build both 1 and 2 on top of the spike/diamond things.
Wave 1 build all aura's and buff beam on hint 1, swap to dps monk and try and run around killing everything (fully up first buff beam)
Wave 2 build other buff and then harpoons spend leftover mana on upping buff beam, add a summ with monk/hunt as split and make aura's hit buff beam.
Wave 3 build reflects and minions (overlord is glitched so has to be done manually) swap to dps monk (remove the summoner split)
Wave 4 build as many minions as you can and swap back to dps monk
Wave 5+ build remaining minions (if any) and keep using dps monk til the end, alternate hero boost and tower boost standing at hint 3 covers every defense with your tb.
Boss wave just kite minions away from your towers.
